Our State Approved Certified Food Safety Manager's Program (often called ServSafe) is comprehensive training above and beyond typical Certification courses. Through our easily understood instruction and resources, we train your team members on the importance of preventing all foodborne illness. Our education format focuses on the following critical topics: personal health (related to exclusion and restriction & reportable diseases), the details of good personal hygiene, the prevention of cross-contamination, foodborne illness classifications, the Flow of Food, HACCP (understanding and documentation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), Food Code required cook temperatures, cleaning and sanitation, rodent and pest control and the legal ramifications of noncompliance. This is an interactive and fun program!
