We transformed 1000 sq ft of unused attic space into the ultimate “family-cave”! A billiards area with a full kitchen serves all the snacking needs and includes a dedicated freezer for the ice cream, a dishwasher and also a commercial-grade icemaker. A state of the art media room with 50” flat screen, subwoofer and surround sound keeps the troops entertained, and an adjacent ping-pong area serves the more rambunctious. A full bath with luxurious tiled shower and frameless glass surround was also added to handle overnight guests. See details and photo gallery.
